Accommodation Information and Booking Conditions

  • Listed below are the hotel options available that have provided preferred rates for delegates accommodation.
  • It is recommended that you make your booking when you register for the accommodation to ensure your selected hotel option is available.
  • The hotel rates provided are valid till 25 April 2026.  Any bookings made after this date will depend on availability and the best rate available at the time of the request.
  • The rates are available from Tuesday 26 May through to Friday 26 July inclusive.  Should you require accommodation outside of the specified dates then these will be on request, and we will make contact with the property to confirm.
  • You will have two options to pay for your accommodation.  1) to pay in full along with your conference registration, to be paid by EFT only.  2) Pay for your conference registration by EFT and provide credit card details to guarantee your accommodation and payment to be made from nominated card at the required date of each hotel. Please note the hotel payment/cancellation details in the hotel description listed below. (depending on your selected hotel payment in full may be required at 30 days or 21 days prior to the conference or just require full payment on check in.)
  • Please note that if you are providing credit card details that are NOT in the name of the booking person then a Third-Party Authorisation Form must be completed for the selected hotel to authorise payment may be charged to this card.
  • A receipt will be provided by the hotel on checkout.
  • A separate booking form is required for each person (unless it is a group booking then you may provide these details directly to Kerrie by email). 
  • If you are sharing a room, then please advise this person’s name for the hotel’s information.

Hilton Adelaide

Centrally located overlooking Victoria Square, Hilton Adelaide is the perfect hotel for business or leisure. The Adelaide Central Market, Her Majesty’s Theatre and Gouger Street dining precincts are next door and at the hotel’s doorstep is the city to seaside tram. An easy stroll from the hotel is Adelaide Oval, River Torrens, Adelaide Casino and Rundle Mall.

The hotel has a great choice of accommodation with 377 rooms ranging from guest rooms to the executive floor and suites. Extensive leisure facilities include a state-of-the-art gym, outdoor heated swimming pool, full size tennis court, two bars and a restaurant.

Parking: The hotel provides valet parking at $55 per day (24-hour period)

Cancellations:  Any cancellations prior to 30 will incur no penalty. Cancellations within 30 days to – 14 days prior will be subject to a fee equal to one night’s accommodation value. Cancellations within 14 days prior to arrival and no shows will incur a cancellation fee value of 100% value of the booking period.

On check-in: All guests are required to provide a holding deposit to cover any incidentals that may be incurred during the stay. 

Ibis Adelaide

Parking: Secure Park is available near the hotel at $35 per car per exit. Parking is also available at Rundle Street U Park which is also near the hotel at $35 per car per 24 hours.

Bookings: Full payment is to be made 31 days prior. If accommodation is paid when registering for the conference, then this will be paid by DCI according to these conditions.

Cancellations:  Within 30 days prior to arrival – All rooms cancelled are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full accommodation charge for all room nights confirmed.

On check-in: All guests are required to provide a holding deposit to cover any incidentals that may be incurred during the stay.

Mantra Hindmarsh Square

Mantra Hindmarsh Square is an 11-minute walk to the conference venue, or you can pick up the tram, but conveniently located within the Adelaide CBD with an easy stroll to Rundle Mall or head to Rundle Street, home to alfresco cafes, award winning restaurants and iconic pubs or take a walk down the cultural hub that is North Terrace. Whether you’re here for business or leisure Mantra Hindmarsh Square offers all the facilities you need.

CONFERENCE RATES:

One bedroom suite – single personincludes daily breakfast$199 per room/per night
One bedroom suite – doubleincludes daily breakfast$219 per room/per night
Two bedroom suite – 2 x queen bedsincludes daily breakfast$249 per room/per night

Please note:  The above accommodation rates are based on a 2-night minimum stay

Parking:   Self-car parking is available at a cost of $30 per vehicle, per day (subject to availability)

Bookings: You may either make payment with your registration or provide credit card details in the booking name to guarantee the room.  Payment will be charged to your card at 30 days prior.

Cancellations:  Cancellations from 30 – 7 days prior is subject to a fee equal to one night’s value. From 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will incur a cancellation fee value of 100% of the booking period.

On check-in: All guests are required to provide a holding fee deposit if paying their own incidentals.
