Accommodation Information and Booking Conditions

  • Listed below are the hotel options selected with preferred rates for delegates accommodation.
  • It is recommended that you make your booking when you register for the accommodation to ensure your preferred hotel option is available.
  • Please note that that the preferred hotel rates are valid till 21st June 2024.  Any bookings made after this date will depend on availability and the best rate available at the selected hotel at the time of the request.
  • The rates indicated below are available from Monday 22 July through to Friday 26 July inclusive.  Should you require accommodation outside of the specified dates then these will be on request.
  • You will have two options to pay for your accommodation.  1) to pay in full along with your conference registration, to be paid by EFT only.  2) Pay for your conference registration by EFT and provide credit card details to guarantee your accommodation and payment to be made from nominated card at the required date of each hotel. Please note the hotel payment details in the hotel description listed below. (Payment in full may be required at 30 days or 21 days prior to the conference or just require full payment on check in.)
  • Please note that if you are providing credit card details that are NOT in the name of the booking then a Third-Party Authorisation Form must be completed for the selected hotel to confirm that this card may be charged for payment.
  • Each hotel also have cancellation conditions, these details noted in each hotel description below.
  • A receipt will be provided by the hotel on checkout.
  • A separate booking form is required for each booking (unless it is a group booking then you may provide these details directly to Kerrie by email). 
  • If you are sharing a room, then please advise this person’s name for the hotel’s information.

Parking: The hotel car park is owned and operated by Wilsons Car Parking located beneath the hotel with entrance on Bligh Street. The car park spaces are subject to availability. 

Take advantage of the special discounted parking rate for conference delegates at $65.00 per car, per day for the entire duration of your event.

Delegates staying overnight can also enjoy a preferential rate of $70.00 per car, per night.

Bookings: You may either make payment with your registration or provide credit card details in the booking name to guarantee the room.

Cancellations:  Any cancellations 30 – 7 days prior are subject to a fee equal to one night’s value. From 7 days prior to arrival and no shows will incur a cancellation fee value of 100% value of the booking period.

On check-in: All guests are required to provide a holding deposit to cover incidentals if paying their own incidentals.

Notovel Sydney City Centre

The Novotel Sydney City Centre is only an 8-minute walk to the Conference venue. The Hotel has just completed an immense $20m refurbishment back in November 2023 (re-branded from Mercure Wynyard to Novotel Sydney City Centre).  The Hotel is close to public transport – Wynyard Station, light rail and walking distance to Barangaroo, Circular Quay, Pitt Street mall.

Parking: Limited overnight car parking is available at the hotel at tan additional cost of $50 per vehicle/per night, /spaces are subject to availability on arrival and we do not pre-book or guarantee parking on site. Should the car park be full there is alternate parking: 259 George St, across from the Hotel.

Ibis Styles Sydney Central

The hotel is conveniently located at 27 Wentworth Avenue and is a 21-minute walk via Elizabeth Street to the conference venue, Sofitel Wentworth. Parking: Offsite parking is located at 101 Goulburn Street Secure Parking. This is located approximately 600 metres from the Hotel. *Parking will incur fees payable to secure parking before taking your car out of the car park.

Parking: Car parking is located at Angel Place Car Park, 123 Pitt Street, Sydney and is charged at an additional cost of $60 per vehicle/per 24-hour period (starting from the entry time recorded on your parking ticket). Entry is available from 6am – midnight, 7 days a week.

Bookings: Credit card on booking to guarantee the room payment in full on check-in.

Cancellations:  Cancellations from 30 to 22 days prior to arrival will incur a cancellation fee value to one night’s rate from 21 days prior and no shows will incur a 100% of the booking period cancellation fee.

On check-in: All guests are required to provide a holding fee deposit if paying their own incidentals.
